  • Please send clear photos or a video showing the damage.
  • Once we verify the issue, we will process your refund.

❌ Non-refundable Items

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
  • Used or damaged items (not caused during shipping) will not be accepted.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you are unhappy with your item, please return it (if eligible) and place a new order.
